1. Service
FORGEX provides browser-based tools for 2D/3D production workflows, including generation, refinement, texturing, topology, project organization, and export features. Some operations rely on third-party AI, 3D, hosting, or payment services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Information you provide must be accurate and kept reasonably current.
3. FX Credits and paid operations
FX Credits are service usage credits used for eligible FORGEX operations. The app displays the current FX cost before a paid action is confirmed. Prices, promotional rates, provider costs, available operations, and credit packages may change over time. FX Credits are not cash, a bank deposit, or an investment product.
4. User content
You retain responsibility for prompts, images, models, annotations, and other content you submit. You must have the rights necessary to use that content and to instruct FORGEX and its service providers to process it for the requested workflow.
5. Generated content
Generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, visually inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular production purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, manufacturing, selling, or otherwise using them.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use FORGEX to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, interfere with the service, bypass usage or payment controls, abuse promotional or free-credit programs, attempt unauthorized access, or submit malicious content.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, provider changes, legal requirements, or product development. Third-party service availability can affect generation time and result delivery.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
FORGEX is provided as a production tool. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a guarantee that generated content will meet a particular creative, technical, or commercial result.
