This Privacy Policy explains how FORGEX collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website, account services, and browser-based 3D production workspace.
2. Information we may process
We may process account information such as your name, email address, profile details, account tier, and FX Credit balance; transaction metadata needed to verify purchases and credit delivery; prompts, reference images, annotations, generated assets, and production settings that you submit to perform requested workflows; and technical information such as browser/device information, service logs, error events, security events, and usage records.
3. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. FORGEX does not need to store your full payment-card credentials when those details are collected directly by the payment provider. We may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, amounts, methods, and other metadata required for billing, reconciliation, fraud prevention, support, and refunds.
4. AI and 3D providers
To perform requested generation, refinement, texture, topology, or related workflows, FORGEX may transmit relevant prompts, references, model data, or generated intermediates to external service providers. Only information reasonably required for the requested operation should be sent.
5. Autosave, recovery, and generated assets
FORGEX may temporarily store autosave/recovery state and cached generation results so interrupted jobs can be recovered or delivered. Generated result links supplied by external providers may expire. Users should export or save important project files and assets they wish to retain.
6. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, deliver requested generation operations, maintain FX Credit records, process billing and refunds, recover interrupted jobs, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
7. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including operational recovery, security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal requirements. Temporary recovery or provider-result data may have shorter availability periods than account or transaction records.
8. Your choices
You may contact us to ask about your account information or privacy-related requests. Certain records may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
